Dear Parents and Guardians,

This afternoon there was some police activity in the area around our school. In collaboration with Waterloo Regional Police Services, our school went into a hold and secure at 1:30pm in an effort to ensure student safety. This meant that our doors were kept locked and students kept indoors during this time. These were precautionary measures, and at no time were students in danger.

At 2:00pm, we received information from WRPS that the situation had been resolved, and the hold and secure status was removed. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at the school.
