It is hard to believe in a few short sleeps students will be returning to school.  Staff have been very busy this week making the school shine and ready for approximately 550 students to come in and start another great year.

Many students (and parents) are eager to find out their class placement.  Class lists will be posted near the front doors, Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.  On Tuesday morning, primary and junior students will meet their teachers outdoors at 8:30 a.m.  Teachers will be holding name cards to identify themselves.  Students in Grades 7 and 8 will enter the gym through the side gym doors and meet their respective homeroom teachers in the gym.  The first day of school is always an exciting time for everyone.  We hope that everyone enjoys a safe and relaxing long weekend and look forward to reconnecting with our families, old and new.
