Go Purple Day

On October 19th across the province, hundreds of schools will GO PURPLE to break the silence that surrounds child abuse and neglect. In Waterloo Region staff and students at all boards of education will wear purple to raise awareness about child abuse and neglect, and the role that we all have in keeping kids safe. Lost & Found

We have two lost and found bins in the school, one in the kindergarten hall and one just outside of the library. Parents are encouraged to check these periodically as well as have their children look through them as well. Items that may be valuable or delicate (ex. eye glasses) are kept in the office. We currently have 2 pairs and are looking for their owners.

Library News

The Library is open once again. Over the last few weeks, students have visited the library and have begun signing out books.

We appreciate your assistance in reminding students about caring for books and returning them on time throughout the school year.

Students can view our school library catalog, reserve books and access digital resources from home through the Library Learning Commons (LLC) using their PAL ID http://library.wrdsb.ca
